I have a lovely new listing The Commodore. If you don't know about the Commodore, it was The swanky joint of the 1920's. Originally, the building was a hotel in the true Art Deco style. It was one of the first condo conversions in St. Paul in the late 1970's done by Thomy O'Brien whose family still owns the squash club (great courts and a full gym) with is attached to the condo building. This building is one of the best buys in Ramsey Hill with all the things people look for in a condo: 2br/2ba, 1,200sf, heated underground parking and an elevator. It shows incredibly well, as the kitchen and baths have been completely redone and the walk-in closet is all decked out with great shelving. If you were to buy this unit across the street at Western Row, it would have cost you around $385,000, but here at The Commodore it is listed only at $239,900. Click here to see the brochure.
